The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel had a lovely boutique style and wasvery comfy and tidy. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and delicious Turkish food.

We were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel, situated close to historical sightseeing spots in Sultanahmet and within walking distance to fancy restaurants in Beyoglu. The proximity to Eminonu pier also made it easy for us to explore the Golden Horn and Bosphorus. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and the rooms had a stylish "traditional" Eastern design. The breakfast was tasty, although it remained the same every day.

We felt very happy with our stay and had no complaints at all.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and super clean. I also loved the amazing view of the Bosporus and Golden Horn from my room. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring all the major attractions in Eminönü, with the main tram stop just a minute away. The hotel's rooftop terrace, overlooking the Galata Tower, provided a peaceful and picturesque spot to relax. The hotel restaurant served delicious and fresh meals, and the breakfast spread was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the excellent service provided by the front office staff, especially Ümit Bey, Serif Bey, and Manager Mehmet Bey, who were friendly. my experience at Alpek Hotel was really good, and I highly recommend it.

I had an very nice stay in this hotel in the heart of the port area, right in the centre of the bustling Fatih district. It was conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the famous grand bazaar, allowing me to easily explore the vibrant market. I was really surprised to find that the hotel was also in close proximity to the Marmaray railway station, making it convenient for me to navigate this city.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms are cozy and come with complimentary bottles of water, and some even offer breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The staff is friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. And don't miss the breakfast on the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy delicious food with an amazing view.

The slightly small bathroom, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

Located near the bustling Egyptian Bazaar and just a stone's throw away from the tram station, this hotel puts you right in the center of all the action. With its proximity to the Bosfor river, you can enjoy stunning views from your room. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily towel changes and a range of complimentary toiletries. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including hot soup, salads, fresh vegetables, and a selection of cheeses and salamis. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you with anything you need.

The hotel could improve on its response to maintenance issues, such as clogged bathroom drains and plaster peeling off the ceiling.

The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the attractions and amenities we needed. It was just a short walk away from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. I seemed like I was being hugged by a cloud every night. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist us with any queries or requests.

That our room was a bit noisy, as we could hear the street noise from outside. If possible, it would be better to request a room facing the sea for a quieter stay.

Great location, close to markets, metro, and major attractions. Stunning view of the river from the terrace-breakfast restaurant. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Tram station just a 2-minute walk away. Good value for money, would recommend.
